French toast or oatmeal each morning. Rosie, Ben, and Galen eat before sunrise. Marine is welcome whenever.

Oatmeal with Dried Fruit & Yogurt

  1. Solenoid on, then burner. Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir in oats, reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in dried fruit and berries. Serve with yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  4. Solenoid off, then burner off. Wipe the stovetop.

French Toast with Yogurt

Ingredients
Gluten-free note: Swap the bread for gluten-free bread. Everything else is naturally gluten-free.
Steps
  1. Whisk eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a wide bowl.
  2. Heat the stove — solenoid on first, then burner. Medium heat with butter in the pan.
  3. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, coating both sides. Let soak for a moment.
  4. Cook until golden — about 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with maple syrup and yogurt.
  6. Solenoid off, then burner off. Wipe the stovetop. Leave everything off.
