Oatmeal with Dried Fruit & Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 cups large flake or rolled oats
- 4 cups water
- Pinch of salt
- ¾ cup dried fruit mix (cranberries, raisins, apricots, or dates)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- Liberté Mediterranean Blackberry 9% yogurt (4 individual tubs or from large tub)
- Maple syrup for drizzling
- Cinnamon for sprinkling
Steps

Solenoid on, then burner. Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt.

Stir in oats, reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in dried fruit and berries. Serve with yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

French Toast with Yogurt

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 8 slices thick bread (brioche, challah, or sourdough)
- 2 tbsp butter (for the pan)
- Maple syrup for serving
- Liberté Mediterranean Blackberry 9% yogurt
Gluten-free note: Swap the bread for gluten-free bread. Everything else is naturally gluten-free.
Steps

Whisk eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a wide bowl.

Heat the stove — solenoid on first, then burner. Medium heat with butter in the pan.

Dip bread slices in egg mixture, coating both sides. Let soak for a moment.

Cook until golden — about 2–3 minutes per side.

Serve with maple syrup and yogurt.
