Notes
- All dinners are naturally gluten-free. Bread, naan, tortillas, and pita are optional add-ons for crew who eat gluten.
- French toast bread is the only breakfast item containing gluten. Swap for gluten-free bread if needed.
- Oatmeal is naturally gluten-free, but buy certified gluten-free oats if this matters for your crew.
- Quantities are generous — fasting crew will be hungry. Leftovers reheat well for the next day.
- The wonder bag keeps food hot for 4–8 hours, so you can cook dinner well before sunset and it will still be piping hot at iftar.
